Here is a card that I made using a digi stamp from Gerda Steiner Designs.  I loved this little dog floating on a ballon and I thought I would create a card that was not exclusively a Valentine's card.  I colored the dog, balloon and background with Copic markers.  I cut out the dog and the balloon and tied them together with embroidery floss, then mounted them on the card base using foam tape, to give it the added dimension.  I added the envelope from a Simon Says Stamp stamp set.  The sentiment is from the same set.  I added clear Wink of Stella glitter brush  and Ranger Glossy Accents to the balloon, dogs nose and the red and black hearts.  It is hard to capture the shimmer and shine in the photo, but in real life the Glossy Accents enhances the shimmer of the Wink of Stella glitter--so pretty!  I mounted this on patterned paper from a Simon Says Stamp card kit, and then onto some kraft card stock I picked at Michael's.  Hope you enjoy!
